1.0 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood and 0.5 mL of citrated plasma.

Pre‑op screen with SDMA, CBC, PT, PTT, and Heartworm Antigen.
A smaller chemistry profile with SDMA (SA040), a Complete Blood Count (CBC), heartworm antigen detection, and Prothrombin Time (PT) and Partial Thromboplastin Time (PTT).
