7 grams of feces, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 1.0 mL serum, and 6.0 mL urine.
Test Description
A comprehensive minimum database (Adult Wellness Chemistry with a Complete Blood Count (CBC), and Urinalysis (UA)), a Total T4, Accuplex™ (AC100) for canine vector‑borne disease screening, SDMA (T1035) for glomerular filtration rate estimation, and fecal analysis via zinc sulfate centrifugation/flotation and Giardia Ag ELISA for Ova and Parasite (O&P) detection (T808).
Interferences: T4 evaluation can be affected in a hemolyzed or moderately lipemic sample. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results. Lipemia can falsely elevate TSH results.
