Biography

I grew up in southeastern Michigan. I started out as a general practitioner upon graduating from veterinary school, then segued to wildlife medicine for a few years before my transition to small animal internal medicine. I returned to my home state in 2002 to care for sequentially three elderly family members (the most rewarding time of my life) and have been working at the same specialty practice since my return. I’m happily married to my beloved Chuck. We met through Match.com in 2012.
