Specimen
0.5 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 6.0 mL urine, and 5.0 grams of feces.
Test Description
SuperChem (SA010) with Complete Blood Count (CBC), O&P (fecal Ova & Parasites; zinc sulphate centrifugation/floatation), Total T4, and Urinalysis (UA).
Interferences: marked hemolysis and lipemia. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results.
