Veterinary Preventive Care from Purpose to Practice: Leading with Your “Why”
This session helps veterinary teams reconnect with their core mission — helping pets live longer, healthier lives — while navigating the realities of private practice. Using Simon Sinek’s Golden Circle and the spectrum of care framework, we’ll explore how to:
Learning Objectives:
- Meet patients where they are — clinically and financially
- Build diagnostic strategies that are both ethical and effective
- Balance in-house and reference testing
- Foster a team culture where prevention is a shared value
Grounded in real-world experience from a practicing veterinarian and former veterinary technician, this course combines stories, strategies, and the story of one clinic’s transformation. Attendees will leave with practical tools and fresh inspiration to lead preventive care with purpose, clarity, and heart.
