This test detects IgG antibodies against Panleukopenia via Immunofluorescent Antibody Assessment (IFA). A titer of 1:5 or greater, in the absence of clinical signs of disease, indicates an immunological response to vaccination. A vaccine titer of less than 1:5 indicates a low level of circulating antibodies.
Interferences: Marked hemolysis and lipemia (if unable to clear with centrifugation).
