Specimen
1.0 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 6.0 mL urine, and 0.3 grams of feces.
Test Description
SuperChem (SA010) with Complete Blood Count (CBC), KeyScreen GI Parasite PCR (T991) for intestinal parasite detection, thyroid panel (Total T4 and Free T4 by Equilibrium Dialysis (FT4ED)), and Urinalysis (UA).
Interferences: marked hemolysis and lipemia. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results.
