Dr. Hauck earned her Animal Science BS with distinction in research in 2017 and DVM in 2021, both from Cornell University, then journeyed down to the swamp to complete a residency in anatomic pathology at the University of Florida. After becoming boarded by the ACVP in 2024, she pursued further expertise in captive and free-ranging wildlife by completing a fellowship with the Wildlife Conservation Society at the Bronx Zoo. Dr. Hauck currently lives in a small NYC apartment with her many pets, spending her time outside of work on crafts, birding, reading on the subway to feel smart, and disappointing her teammates at weekly trivia.
