Biography

Dr. Alex Aceino earned his DVM from Western University of Health Sciences in 2018 and traveled to College Station, TX for a residency in anatomic pathology at Texas A&M University. During his residency, he received a Master’s degree in biomedical sciences in 2020 and earned board certification in 2021. Dr. Aceino remained in College Station following residency by joining ANTECH Diagnostics and is a member of ANTECH's Pet Cancer Pathology Service team. He is a member of the ACVP, Davis-Thompson Foundation, and AVMA. In his spare time, Dr. Aceino is a competitive swimmer, having competed at the US Olympic trials in a previous life, but mostly enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and doberdog, Lexi.
