Biography

Dr. Alessandra (Ally) Hamlin grew up in Virginia, and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2018 from St. George’s University in Grenada after completing clinical rotations at the University of Tennessee. Following veterinary school, she completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at The Ohio State University, followed by a diagnostic imaging internship at Central Hospital for Veterinary Medicine in Connecticut, then completed her radiology residency at North Carolina State University from 2020 to 2023. Dr. Hamlin’s husband is in the military, which means a lot of moves and adventures around the world, and she’ll never be in one place for too long! She enjoys traveling and exploring new places, binge watching the latest shows on Netflix, and spending time with her husband and their pets.
