1.0 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 6.0 mL urine, and 6.0 grams of feces.

The most comprehensive minimum database (Superchemistry with SDMA (CSA010), a Complete Blood Count (CBC), and Urinalysis (UA)), a thyroid panel (T4 and FT4 ED), and fecal analysis using zinc sulfate centrifugation/flotation and Giardia Ag ELISA for Ova and Parasite (O&P) detection.
Interferences: T4 evaluation can be affected in a hemolyzed or moderately lipemic sample. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results. Lipemia can falsely elevate TSH results.
