- 1.0 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 6.0 mL urine, and 6.0 grams of feces.
- Test Description
- SuperChem (SA010) with Complete Blood Count (CBC), O&P (fecal Ova & Parasites; zinc sulphate centrifugation/floatation), Giardia Antigen (Ag) ELISA, thyroid panel (Total T4 and Free T4 by Equilibrium Dialysis (FT4ED)), and Urinalysis (UA).
Interferences: marked hemolysis and lipemia. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results.
