Specimen
1.0 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, 6.0 mL urine, and 5.0 grams of feces.
Test Description
SuperChem (SA010) with Complete Blood Count (CBC), Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) antigen detection, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) antibody detection, O&P (fecal Ova & Parasites; zinc sulphate centrifugation/floatation), Total T4, and Urinalysis (UA).
Interferences: marked hemolysis and lipemia. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results. Marked hemolysis or lipemia may result in false positive results on the FeLV Antigen ELISA.
