Test Description: Interferences: Gross hemolysis.

Note:
• Sample tube labeling must match official form by either patient’s name or tube number EXACTLY.
• GVL submission form MUST be submitted with the sample.
• EDTA plasma is NOT an acceptable sample and will preclude analysis.
