Test Description
Sample Handling:
12 hour fast with one flake of hay left in the stall
Administer 1 mg of TRH
Draw sample at exactly 10 min post with EDTA whole blood tube
Spin and transfer plasma to non-additive tube (lab will not run sample on whole blood)
Send on ice
