Biography

Dr. Alex Harvey grew up in rural central Wisconsin and obtained her DVM from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She did her residency in anatomic pathology at the University of Pennsylvania and became a boarded pathologist in 2023. From 2023-2024, she worked at Specialty Oral Pathology for Animals with Dr. Cindy Bell, first as a Fellow and then as an Associate Pathologist. In 2024, she began working for Antech Diagnostics. Dr. Harvey has expertise in oral and maxillofacial pathology and is a member of the Oral Pathology Team. She lives in Asheville, North Carolina, with her wife and their four cats, two dogs, four sheep, two horses, a crested gecko, and a ball python.
