Jaime Tarigo

Jaime is a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Shecompleted her clinical pathology residency training and PhD studies at North Carolina State University and has been board certified in clinical pathology since 2008. She has a special interest in cats and practiced feline medicine full and part-time for twelve years. Jaime also has a special interest in lymphoproliferative disease. She has published a recent book chapter and manuscripts on the use of flow cytometry for diagnosis of hematologic neoplasia as well as manuscripts on various topics including clinical case reports, vaccine antigen discovery for Cytauxzoon felis, feline chronic kidney disease, and evaluation of platelet activation via flow cytometry. She served as an Associate Professor at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine where she established and directed a clinical flow cytometry service for diagnosis of lymphoma and leukemia in cats and dogs. She joined Antech in 2022, and is located in Athens, GA.
