Alex Harvey earned her DVM from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. While at UW-Madison, she worked for the Comparative Ocular Pathology Laboratory of Wisconsin (COPLOW) to develop her knowledge of ocular pathology. She completed a residency at the University of Pennsylvania and became board-certified in anatomic pathology in 2022.
Following her residency, she worked at Specialty Oral Pathology for Animals (SOPA), specializing in oral and maxillofacial pathology. She joined Antech in 2024.
Outside of pathology, Harvey’s interests include trail running, hiking, and jujutsu. When not outside or at the dojo, she can be found curled up with a book and her two cats, Artemis and Pax, or her gecko, Thallo.
