Bio

Dr. Lori Rios holds a PhD in clinical psychology, and worked as a director of a college mental health center in Boston, MA prior to becoming a veterinarian. After becoming boarded Dr. Rios worked in private referral practice and at Virginia Tech. Lori joined Antech Consultation Services in 2015. She currently works part time at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital as a small animal internist, and full time, as a consultant for Antech Diagnostics. Lori lives with her husband, Dev and their 4 Maine Coon cats. She is a passionate cat lover (or some would say crazy cat lady), and spends her free time gardening and of course tending to her cats.
