Specimen
1.25 mL serum, 1.0 mL EDTA whole blood, and 0.3 grams of feces.
Test Description
CoreChem (CSA665) with Complete Blood Count (CBC), Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) antigen detection, Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) antibody detection, Heartworm Antibody (HWAb) detection, KeyScreen GI Parasite PCR (CT991) for intestinal parasite detection, and Total T4.
Interferences: marked hemolysis and lipemia. Lipemia can falsely decrease T4 results. Marked hemolysis or lipemia may result in false positive results on the FeLV Antigen ELISA.
